- Wrong item delivered
- Unopened phones in original packaging
- Damaged during shipping

- Activated phones (unless defective)
- Phones with removed screen protectors
- Used or damaged devices
- Opened software or accessories
Return Process
- Contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery for issues
- Obtain Return Authorization Number
- Return all original packaging and accessories
- Include all manuals and documentation
Refund Processing
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
- Original shipping costs non-refundable
- Restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns
- Software licenses non-refundable once activated
Warranty Claims
- Most phones include manufacturer warranty
- Report issues within warranty period
- Provide details of the problem
- We facilitate warranty repairs and replacements
Device Activation
- Activated phones cannot be returned unless defective
- IMEI numbers are recorded at time of sale
- SIM cards and accessories must be returned unused
