Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most phones in new, unused condition.

Eligible for Return

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Unopened phones in original packaging
  • Damaged during shipping

Not Eligible for Return

  • Activated phones (unless defective)
  • Phones with removed screen protectors
  • Used or damaged devices
  • Opened software or accessories

Return Process

  1. Contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery for issues
  2. Obtain Return Authorization Number
  3. Return all original packaging and accessories
  4. Include all manuals and documentation

Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable
  • Restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns
  • Software licenses non-refundable once activated

Warranty Claims

  • Most phones include manufacturer warranty
  • Report issues within warranty period
  • Provide details of the problem
  • We facilitate warranty repairs and replacements

Device Activation

  • Activated phones cannot be returned unless defective
  • IMEI numbers are recorded at time of sale
  • SIM cards and accessories must be returned unused
